DC10: Gabriele Gradara (CMI)

Gabriele Gradara was awarded his Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Padua working on an algorithm for the detection of faults in glucose infusion sets. He then obtained his Master’s degree at the University of Padua in bioengineering developing an AI model to improve the prediction of the function of proteins. Now, he is applying his background in Bioengineering and Machine Learning and is currently working as a PhD candidate, developing AI models for the characterisation and classification of BioAFM data of human cells and biological tissues at the Czech Metrology Institute, under the supervision of Dr. Petr Klapetek.
