DC 2: Gioele Gorgone (CSIC)

Gioele Gorgone earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering and a master’s degree in Physics Engineering, both from the Politecnico di Milano. He later chose to dedicate his efforts to research, integrating his engineering, physics, and biology background. He is currently pursuing a Marie Curie PhD at the Materials Science Institute of Madrid (ICMM) under the supervision of Professor Ricardo Garcia. His project involves the use of Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) combined with artificial intelligence to automate the processing of large volumes of data obtained from the analysis of biological samples.
